The Woodbridge XC Classic is one of the largest and most prestigious high school meets in the country. Last year, there were 11,000+ runners from more than 460 teams across 26 states. Yowza!

Parking: Parking tickets cost $22 and must be purchased online ahead of time.
Purchase Parking on GoFan (If you haven't bought them yet and plan to attend, hop to it! You can also purchase them in the GoFan app. Just be sure you select Saturday's date.)
Parking Driving Instructions (These directions were strategically designed to follow the traffic plan, minimize congestion, and increase the speed in which you get to your designated lot. If you use Google Maps or any other navigation system, you will likely have a much tougher time getting to your lot.)
Drivers: Reminder that when traveling to a meet, drivers (whether a parent or athlete) must have the Private Auto Use Form on file with the Athletic Department, which was part of the athletic clearance process.
When to Arrive: Please plan to arrive at the park 2 hours before your race. Keep in mind that northbound traffic can be terrible on Saturdays. Please err on the side of caution and be sure to use the "Parking Driving Instructions" to get to your lot.
Where to Find Us: We will be in the team camp area on the north end of the course near Lot 2. Look for the TP gold canopy near the palm trees. (See photo.)
Course Details: Here is the 3-mile course map. It is different than last season! According to their website, "The facility provides the space for a running course that has a 100-meter-wide starting line, a long and relatively straight-away start, is run on a combination of grass, synthetic and paved surfaces, is very visible for the spectators, and is very fast (typical Woodbridge)."
What to Bring: Uniform and team warm-up shirt, water bottle, running shoes, racing flats, and a snack. Boys may wear compression shorts under their uniform but they must be all black; if there is a logo, it must be white and smaller than a credit card.
Spectators: No entrance fee - yay! No pets - boo! Because this is a huge facility, the course map is your best friend when it comes to finding restrooms, the snack bar, and more.
Woodbridge T-shirts: For those of you who preordered a T-shirt a couple weeks ago, we will receive them at the race. Amy Chelesnik will pick them up, distribute, and take payments ($25). Payments can be made with cash, check or Venmo.
Results: The meet will be timed using bib chips. Real-time results will be found on AthleticLive, including 1-mile and 2-mile splits. There will also be a jumbo display board at the finish line.
Live Stream: If you have a +Plus RunnerSpace account, the Woodbridge Classic will have a live webcast of the race. If you don't have a +Plus account, it's possible to sign up for one month at $12.99 and then cancel so you don't continue to get charged monthly. Just a thought!

P.S. This is another meet where the toilet paper gremlin sometimes shows up by the time of the evening races on Saturday. Not sure if that will be a problem, but we bring it to your attention just in case. 🤷♀️
