Athletic Clearance

General Information 

In order to be eligible to tryout, participate, or compete on the cross country team, you must first complete the athletic clearance process every new school year. All paperwork must be filled out completely and emailed to tpathletics@sduhsd.net. 

 

The deadline to submit athletic clearance paperwork for fall sports is the preceding July 15th.

CVS Minute Clinic Option 

Having trouble getting an appointment with your regular physician? Another option is a sports physical at CVS Minute Clinic. During the athletic clearance season during the summer, they frequently offer a $25 discount. For more information, click here.

 

Carpooling to Meets

Since many of our meets are a bit of a distance to drive, we know many of you will graciously carpool to help get all of our athletes where they need to be. Do us a favor... when you fill out your "Use of Private Automobile" form as part of your athletic clearance, will you please check the YES checkbox near the top right that says "Driver will transport other students?" This will be very helpful.

Did you already turn in your athletic clearance with a NO checkbox? No worries. You can simply email tpathletics@sduhsd.net and let them know you want the YES box checked instead. Thanks a million!
