Wear: Team T-shirt Singlet/ shorts Training shoes
Bring: Racing flats (if you own some) Watch Large bottle of water Snacks
**Please note that each athlete is responsible for their own supply of water and snacks due to current COVID recommendations.**
Please eat 1-2 hrs before your race: toast, sandwich, oatmeal, bagel, etc. (Something with carbs).
After the race, athletes will do a cooldown run with the team. Most athletes like to stay to cheer on their teammates.
The team will ride the buses to weekday meets. Athletes are responsible for their own transportation to weekend meets. Please arrive 1 hr prior to your race.
