Parent Information Handout

If you missed the parent meeting, Coach Ott has hard copies of the handout that athletes can pick up at practice. The last page includes a spot for a parent signature that needs to be returned. If you prefer to take care of the requirement digitally, you can read and sign the handout via this Google Form. Due ASAP.
