Per CIFSDS rules, there is a mandatory 14-day no contact period each year. During this period, our coaches are not allowed to meet or communicate with athletes/families for any reason. This includes responding to emails or messages via GroupMe. Our program can be penalized if we are found in violation, so please be patient during this time frame. Athletes are still welcome to organize fun runs amongst themselves.
