August 7-11: PRacticing on Your Own

No official practice this week, so keep the below tips in mind while you're practicing on your own or with buddies:

  • Be consistent, based on your current training regimen.

  • Focus on preventative measures for small injuries, stretching, massaging, and icing.

  • Remember to do core!

  • Take a few days of rest, if needed.
