Way to go Falcons!
AJ Castellanos, Dalton Beeler, Sebastian Barclay, and Cormac Obrien won the 4x800m! AJ also ran a 1:59 split for his leg. Later, Sebastian and Cormac raced to 1st and 2nd in their 800m, with Sebastian also runnning 1:59! Alak Fryt PR'd in the 800m, running a 2:03. Nick Salz had a fast race, finishing the 1600m in 4:23 and medalling! In the boys DMR, Nick Salz, Dalton Beeler, Josh Mendez, and Ben Rosenthal raced to a 3rd place finish! Josh PR'd in his mile split, running a 4:33.
On the girl's side, Kiana Bourgeois PR'd in the 1600m, racing a 5:14, while Anni Salz PR'd in the 3200m, finishing in 11:12. In the girls DMR, Torrey Pines finished 9th.
Thursday we will be hosting San Marcos for a dual meet.
