Wow! What a wet meet! But all the rain did not stop our distance athletes from having great races.
In the Frosh 1600, Annika Salz outkicked Kiana Bourgeois to win! Both had amazing times, 15:17 and 15:18. And Zoe Canipe placed 5th! Olivia Schroeder placed 5th in the Frosh 800! Amazing performances by the Ladies' Freshman distance team.
Not to be outdone by his sister, Nick Salz won the 3200 with a big PR! In the 800, Sophomore Cormac OBrien placed 5th overall. Josh Mendez, James Cusack, and Dalton Beeler set PRs in the 1600. Way to go guys!
This Thursday we will be back at Mt Carmel for a dual meet.
