Yes, core exercises! According to the Mayo Clinic, "Weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance, and injuries." This especially comes into play at the end of a race when your body is tired. With a strong core, you can maintain stability, proper form, and breathe more easily, even when you're fatigued. So... remember to include 5-10 minutes of core work in your daily routine!
